Submitting a notice
Send a written notice to contact@ruvixqalm.com with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line. Include: identification of the copyrighted work; the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice identifying the material, its former location, your contact information, the required jurisdiction and service statements, and your signature. Knowingly submitting false claims may create legal liability.
